There are many reasons why swimming is important for the people. One of the reasons Swimming is important is because it helps to the body. For example, it helps to exercise the arms and the legs at the same time. Furthermore, it helps you to be healthy, it keeps you your heart rate up. Also, it relax you.
My experience in the pool was interesting because I learned so many things. For example, I learned how to breath when you are swimming. I learned how to do bubbles and side breathing.
The things that you need for swimming are: towel, some flip-flops, bathing suit, some sunblock, and goggles.
